'Not' too good to be true!

The villa seemed too good to be true, but it’s everything that was promised and more! Definitely exceeded expectations and Tom, the owner, was always checking in and wonderfully attentive. The villa is huge - more like an apartment than a hotel room, so spacious, decorated beautifully and a patio/ view that is to die for! Our teen boys loved having their own room on the other side of the villa with two king beds. We also loved the accommodations at Villa La Estancia. The staff was wonderful, food delicious, and it’s just a quick cab ride to downtown where the action is. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us!

Excellent stay

This property and unit was perfect for our group. It is well kept, clean, and had all of the amenities that we needed for a week in Cabo. The grounds and pools are beautiful and the staff is incredible. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Love the Property!

Love the Villa La Estancia Property, this room had a fantastic set up on the patio - my favorite place to eat and look at at the fabulous view. Plenty of space for my family and our friends to pop over to grill for dinner. Thanks for a great {Spring Break} stay!

The Villa is Definitely 5 Stars!

The villa is definitely 5 stars. We used the shopping service which we definitely highly recommend. After a long day of traveling was great to find refreshments waiting for us. Tips for future guests. Visit the sister villas for their dining and activities...... The villa is very comfy, clean and well maintained. Different experience for us staying at a villa in a resort. Abosultely Loved it !! Now we are spoiled. Able to buy drinks by the pool was a big hit. Highly recommend this villa.

Out of the cold Midwest!

We got out of the cold to spend some time in your beautiful condo. Our 3rd time at Estancia and 1st at {Cabo Sea Paradise} - FANTASTIC! We love the special touches like beers in the fridge, coffee, comfy beds and great smelling body-wash. The views are spectacular! Also response time from Tom was spectacular. Can't wait to come back!

This is our 3rd visit to Estancia and our first time at your beautiful home. We can not say enough about the room and resort, as far its beauty, relaxing atmosphere, comfort and more. We felt a bit spoiled with so much space for 3 of us but enjoyed it immensely!

Top Quality!

Villa Estancia is a top quality and well located property directly on Medano Beach. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in at Estancia The pictures on the listing are true to the unit which was very nicely furnished, had high quality finishes and an unobstructed view out to the Cabo rocks. Highly recommend.
