Villa La Estancia
is part of the Villa Group making up three World-Class resorts on the same private property. Guests of La Estancia can book at Cabo's Top-Rated Desert Spa, choose from a variety of gourmet and casual restaurants, world class entertainment, and/or engage in any one of numerous activities right on site. Shop for anything you need at the large grocery market with attached pharmacy, visit the ice cream bar or delicious deli with incredible desserts and, families, check out the terrific kid's club with fun activities and water slides. Everything is right here so you never even have to leave the resort!

The Palmita Market & Deli with attached Ice Cream Shop, on-site Grocery and Pharmacy is about 50 yards NE of our building. The grocery store is fully stocked with food, necessities & gifts AND the sandwiches, desserts and ice cream are to die for!
There is 24-hour security keeping guests safe at all times. You’ll need to have your room key with you and will need to give your name/VLE2503 any time you enter/leave the Villa Properties’ grounds.
Get in a workout at the full gym just downstairs with views of the Sea of Cortez and a relaxing locker room area including a sauna, steam room and other spa goodies.
Enjoy heated, beachfront pools (towels are provided) and any of the 5 jacuzzi hot tubs on the Estancia property.
- La Parilla Grill and a swim-up/pool-side bar offer excellent cocktails and fresh food until sundown (the fish tacos are wonderful!)
Rather sit by the ocean? The resort has loads of beach chairs and umbrellas in the sand.

As a guest of La Estancia, you have full access to the neighboring Villa Group Properties, del Palmar and del Arco (Luxury Villa La Estancia is right in the middle) just a short walk or free trolley ride next door. Here are some options:
